➊ All sessions are paid in advance through Stripe to confirm your spot.
➋ Once payment is complete, you'll be directed to schedule your session date and time through our booking form.
➌ If you're looking for something more personalized, we’re happy to co-create a custom package just for you.
Ⅱ. Rescheduling
➊ Life happens — we understand. If you need to change your session time, you’re welcome to reschedule up to 48 hours in advance.
➋ To reschedule, simply reach out to us directly.
➌ Sessions cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours of your appointment, and in that case, the session will be forfeited.
Ⅲ. Refund Policy
➊ Because time is reserved just for you, we do not offer refunds once a session or package has been purchased.
➋ However, as long as you honor the rescheduling window, your session will never be lost.
Ⅳ. Session Guidelines
➊ Please arrive on time and be in a quiet, private space where you feel safe and undisturbed.
➋ Sessions are held online, and you’re welcome to choose between video or voice-only — whatever feels most comfortable and supportive for you.
➌ If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten the session out of respect for the schedule.

➊ Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone.
➋ We'll send all the connection details before your session.

3️⃣ Make Payment – Complete your payment securely through Stripe.
4️⃣ Book Your Session – Once payment is complete, go to "Bookings" to finalize your session time and date.
